LEGAL SERVICES – MEDIATIONS

Mediation is a method of out-of-court resolution of private disputes, in which the parties, with the help and assistance of the mediator, that is, a third party, independent and neutral to the parties, attempt to reach, through negotiation between them, a sustainable and mutually satisfactory settlement of their dispute. In this structured procedure, all private law disputes can be resolved as long as the parties have the authority to dispose of the subject of their dispute and agree to submit to this procedure (indicative civil disputes, family, employment, labor etc.). The successful outcome of the mediation is concluded with the drawing up of a written agreement which, if filed with the competent court, can become an enforceable title. Among the advantages of the process we can distinguish the speed in the resolution of the dispute, the controlled one, mainly the speed of the resolution of the dispute, the saving of costs and the confidentiality of the process.
